How much does chatt2.me cost?
The chatt2.me for Salesforce license costs R$ 150.00 per user/month (down from R$ 250.00), with a minimum of 5 users and an annual contract. Messaging usage (conversations, messages and calls) and add-ons are billed separately based on monthly volume.
How does per-conversation billing work?
Each channel bills per conversation within a time window — 24 hours on WhatsApp, Messenger and WebChat; 7 days on Instagram; 30 days on Telegram — with unlimited messages inside the window. The unit price decreases with monthly volume: the more conversations, the lower the price per conversation.
Do non-profits get a discount?
Yes. For non-profit organizations, the first 5 licenses are free and additional licenses cost R$ 135.00 each — a 10% discount on the standard price.
What is WhatsApp CoEx?
CoEx (coexistence) lets you use the same WhatsApp number in the WhatsApp Business app and on the official API at the same time. At chatt2.me, CoEx pricing is the same as the WhatsApp API.
