Under the hood
All workspace material is synthesized into vectors in our database. When a question arrives, it is vectorized too, and the database returns the passages that make sense for that question. Those passages go through a ranking process and the most relevant ones are sent to the LLM (Large Language Model), which generates an answer based on context — not just a bare question. Accuracy jumps from 0.9% to 97% when we give the agent the right material to think and answer with.
One agent per channel
Imagine an agent specialized in sales on Instagram and another specialized in customer support on WhatsApp and WebChat. Each channel can have the right agent for its audience.
Skills for every mission
