How does WhatsApp Business profile approval work?+

You connect or create your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) through our assisted onboarding. Meta verifies the company and display name, and in minutes you're active and ready to start sending messages.

Which message and media types are supported?+

Text, image, audio, video, documents, location, interactive buttons, lists and product catalogs. All through the same API.

How do templates (HSM) and the 24h window work?+

Within 24h of the customer's last message you can reply freely. Outside that window, outreach must start from a Meta pre-approved template (HSM) β€” our interface helps you create new templates.

How is it billed?+

Pay-as-you-go per 24h-window conversation: Meta's rate for the conversation category plus the chatt2.me fee. No setup, no minimum monthly, no lock-in.

Which integrations and webhooks are available?+
