How does the 24-hour window work?+
After the customer's last message, you have up to 24 hours to reply freely through the API. Each conversation opened in that window counts as one conversation for billing.
What can I send and receive?+
Text, image, audio and video in your Page's conversations. And audio can be transcribed automatically with Audio transcription.
How is it billed?+
Per 24-hour-window conversation, prepaid. Your monthly volume sets the tier: from R$ 0,20 (up to 500/month) down to R$ 0,10 (above 100k/month). No setup, no minimum monthly, no lock-in.
